OZOFFER has accounts with several major freight companies. We will arrange freight depending on the size, weight and classification of your order.

Delivery time frame:
OZOFFER is based in sydney and our teams are strictly following covid-19 safety guidelines. we are ensuring that once placed, your orders will leave the warehouse as soon as possible.

we have been advised by Australia Post and other couriers of delays within their delivery network due to the increase in demand and health and safety measures such as social distancing at their facilities. please allow extra time for your delivery.

Click & Collect 

OZOFFER also offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Sydney office at Silverwater. This option can be selected from the shipping method selection in the final step of the checkout process.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have received this email prior to coming to collect your order.

 Upon collection you must present your order number, order confirmation email, or photo ID (matching the name the order was placed under).

If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, they must have the order number or copy of the order confirmation email.

Orders must be collected within 4 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
